Week 2 and goals I am setting for myself! #sweatchallenge

Honestly I did not want to do the workout, we’ve gotten completely dumped on with snow in the last 48 hours and I just wanted to stay warm and cozy…

So so happy I did the workout! I’m so happy with how it made me feel, how I felt doing it, I am actually looking forward to today’s workout!! My goals that I am working towards this week are to get my workouts done in the AM. I'm talking 6 am workouts while the rest of the house sleeps. My kids are still at home doing online learning and I find that I don't get to my workouts until the afternoon. Which is totally fine and it works but I would love to eventually get to a point were they are done and out of the way first thing in the morning and then I have the rest of the day for everything else.
